Our Policies
Colour
New clients must have a skin test before any services are carried out. This ensures there are no allergies.
While all reasonable care is taken to protect your clothing and personal belongings, accidents may occur. We recommend removing valuables and avoiding light-coloured clothing, collared tops, or hoodies during colouring or chemical treatments. Our House is not liable for any damage, staining, or loss of personal items during your appointment.
We do not offer any colouring services to anyone under the age of 16.
Consultation
New colour clients must attend an in-person consultation.
New clients booking a cut do not need a consultation. However, consultations are available for those who wish to discuss their haircut before booking.
Clients wanting a change are encouraged to book a consultation to explore new options.
Cancellations
We get it—life happens.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Changes with less than 24 hours' notice will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your next appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total on the day.
If your new appointment is also changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee will be lost and a new one will be required.
